Advanced Sexual Health Screen Testing

We are excited to announce that we will soon be offering the Bosch Vivalytic Molecular STI Panel – one of the most advanced and comprehensive sexual health tests available.

This innovative test is able to detect 10 key pathogens with a single Urine sample:

• Chlamydia trachomatis
• Neisseria gonorrhoeae
• Trichomonas vaginalis
• Mycoplasma genitalium
• Treponema pallidum (Syphilis)
• Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1)
• Herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2)
• Haemophilus ducreyi
• Mycoplasma hominis
• Ureaplasma urealyticum

Using state-of-the-art molecular PCR technology, the Vivalytic platform provides highly sensitive and specific results with minimal sample handling. This means faster, more reliable results compared to many traditional laboratory methods.

Rapid MRSA Testing

Following on from our advanced sexual health testing, we are also preparing to launch next-generation screening for Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

This test uses cutting-edge molecular PCR technology to rapidly identify S. aureus and detect resistance markers associated with methicillin resistance. By targeting multiple genetic regions, the system delivers highly accurate results from a single Nasal or Oropharyngeal swab.

With this new addition, we can offer a fast, reliable, and fully automated solution for identifying MRSA and MSSA, and will be able to offer same day results as receipt of sample.
